Our free home consultation, bathroom design and quotation service
Many of our clients choose to book a free home consultation even before visiting the showroom. During a home consultation we take all necessary measurements, survey the room and quickly discuss your design choices, taking up very little of your time. Our consultant will then go away to work on your design and quotation. There's no hard sell and no obligation. Our designs and quotations take many hours of work to put together - despite the computer aided technology! You may wait two or three weeks to receive our proposals, especially when we are busy, but you will find our quotations are detailed, comprehensive and completed by professionals who have been in the business for decades. This service is available to clients who require a full bathroom refurbishment.
Our free bathroom design and quotation service at our showroom
We provide a free design service, whether you want us to install your bathroom or supply the items for your installer to fit. If you would like us to install your bathroom our design and quote will follow a home consultation. If you prefer to organise your own installation we can design from your architects plans or your own measurements but would be happy to check on-site for feasibility after order. Our designs might include 2D sketches, ideal for your installer to work from, or 3D photo realistic Computer Aided Design images. The quote you will receive will be fully itemised and detailed, with separate costings for the overall installation cost if applicable. We can suggest products and ranges we think will work in your scheme, or you can choose all your items before your quote. You can revise or tweak your order as many times as necessary before the final order. Again, You may need to wait two or three weeks to receive our proposals, especially when we are busy, but you will find our free quotations and designs are detailed, comprehensive and completed by professionals who have been in the business for decades. Our installation service
Our trusted installers have been with us many years. They are bathroom professionals who look after your complete bathroom installation from plumbing, carpentry and tiling through to flooring, lighting and accessories. The only works we won't undertake are major building works, gas works and significant structural alterations. This service is available to clients who purchase a full bathroom from us. We regret we are unable to provide an installation service for single items in the bathroom and we do not install items provided by others.
Personal showroom appointments
Our clients appreciate time to discuss their proposals in detail. We now offer individual week day showroom appointments for design meetings.
