So why when it comes to the bathroom for the older person, do we still find monstrous white coated grab rails and nasty plastic shower seats? There is often little on offer for those who don't necessary require a bathroom for disabilities, but would like to make life easier and more comfortable for themselves.

Bathrooms which are designed specifically for people who are becoming less mobile can appear stark, ugly and functional.  But we’re hoping we can change this.
