We will visit you at home, take necessary measurements, check all the necessary supplies and facilities and help you decide just how your dream bathroom will look and work for you. We won't take up any more of your valuable time than is necessary to do this. After we've got all the information we need we'll go away to work on your detailed plan and design at our offices. This will be a detailed costing of all the goods to be supplied, with a separate quotation for the installation, tiling, electrics etc if you've asked us to quote for installation. We will provide a hand drawn sketch, or CAD image, of the design, together with brochures relating to the products you've chosen, or we have suggested. We will send the quotation out to you by post, or email, as you wish. Many customers choose to re-visit the showroom to discuss the proposals, or to have another look at the selected ranges. This is all part of our service. We won't rush you, or hassle you, because we want you to be absolutely sure that the bathroom you choose is exactly right for you - right down to the tiles, flooring, lighting - even the towel ring!
